Hello Reader,
Welcome to September
September 1, 2023 (My 61st Wedding Anniversary)
Welcome to fall. It has been a tumultuous summer with heat, drought, hail, rain, flooding, cool weather and heat again. It has also been an exciting time with family visits, reunions and holidays. Now it is time for new beginnings as we announce our fall schedule of classes and special events beginning with a Panel Challenge starting September 7th at the store. Buy a panel from us and you have the month of September to complete a project and dazzle us with your creativity and ingenuity. Prizes will be awarded. (if you can’t make it into the store you can still order a panel online from us and participate.)
We hope to entice you into signing up for one of the classes we already have in the works or suggest other ones that you would like to see offered. Check the class schedule in this newsletter.
Happy quilting.
Sharleen

Hello Reader, Welcome to August I can’t believe it. It’s August already. July is in the past and what a tumultuous month it was. Hello Reader, Welcome to mid July Mid July and the weather has been throwing us a lot of curves in the last couple of weeks. We have had hot, hot days, a major hail storm which wiped out most of our crops and trashed houses all over Killam and area, smoggy days with air quality warnings because of wild fire smoke and last night another major storm with violent cracks of thunder and lightening and which turned off our power for 12 hours. More storms predicted for this evening. Oh well. It is...
